Changes to your bookings or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at + 1 (800) 852-0853 or from Puerto Vallarta at +52 322 308 0062. All changes are subject to availability.
Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled up to the day of cruise arrival.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Tour Pass Vallarta’s official site – this is reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Tour Pass Vallarta will offer an alternative day or time.
Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars or Mexican Pesos as the customer request.
