Have you been dreaming of taking a swim with a dolphin? With Dolphin Swim Signature activity, You’ll have the opportunity to do that small-group Dolphin Signature Swim encounter, which has been specifically designed to be exhilarating, enlightening, tender, and relaxing all at once!

You’ll get a thrilling ride through the water, a chance to communicate with these intelligent animals using the same hand signals marine specialists use, and time to become fast friends with a member of our curious and charming Pacific Bottlenose family. You’ll be able to learn about sea life and the behavior and communication of these marine mammals firsthand. It’s a great experience for couples who want to get up close and personal with a dolphin or families with kids ages five and up who love the ocean. This will be the highlight of your time in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit!

During the activity you will learn about the dolphins, you will take a ride with the dolphins. When you swim with a dolphin, you’ll experience a buzz of excitement unlike any other as you dance, play, and laugh with one of these lovable creatures before taking a lightning-fast dorsal ride across the water.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The minimum age for children is 5 years.
Children 5 -11 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult.
No jewelry or sunscreen is allowed.
Expecting mothers are restricted.
Cameras are not permitted in the pool area; they are allowed in the observation areas.
All of our programs have been designed with the well-being of the dolphins in mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the reserved day, it will be refunded 100%.
If the cancellation is within 24 and 48 hours, only 50% of the total paid will be NO refunded, but you can postpone your tour or excursion.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before boarding, there will be no refund.
All date changes are subject to availability.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES

We inform you of the security measures that are going to be implemented in our boats, this to give security and protection to all customers, will be the following measures:

Temperature is taken upon arrival, and if it’s 37.5ºC or higher, staff will not be able to access the facilities and be sent to quarantine at home.
Face shields or safety glasses and face masks are mandatory for all Vallarta Adventures staff members.
It would help if you washed your hands with water and soap every half hour.
Staff must maintain a healthy distance of 5 ft. / 1.5 mt between guests and other staff members.
Uniforms and footwear will always be cleaned and sanitized.
Cleaning and sanitation protocols apply in all areas.
Hand sanitizer is available in every area.
Sanitizing mats are placed in all access points.
Snorkeling, aquatic, and safety equipment are sanitized between each use.
The healthy distance of 5 ft. / 1.5 mt. Must be observed at all times.
Visual aids are displayed in key places to remind guests about hygiene protocols.
Temperature is taken upon arrival at our facilities. If a guest’s temperature is equal to or greater than 37.5ºC, they must return home or their hotel.
During the tours, we recommend using face masks.
Guests will need to sign a disclaimer that includes a health declaration.
Guests must maintain a healthy distance of 5 ft. / 1.5 mt between individuals outside your group.
Sanitizing hand gel is available at any time.
Bracelets are properly disinfected before being given to guests.

YES! Spaces are limited and fill quickly. To ensure your tour date/time, we recommend booking in advance.

Cameras are only allowed in the observation areas. They are not allowed in the lagoons. However, we offer professional photos that are available for purchase after your experience.

Sunscreen must be biodegradable and applied at least 30 minutes before entering the lagoons to protect our marine mammals. Any other sunscreen must be washed off before entering the lagoons. You can buy biodegradable sunscreen in our gift shop.

Although we provide areas to secure your personal belongings, we recommend leaving all jewelry and small items in your hotel.

Our animals’ health and welfare are of the utmost importance, so we limit each session. These incredible animals spend less than two hours each day interacting with the public. The rest of the day is allocated to their private valuable training time and play and social interaction.

Our programs have a remarkable and well-established safety record. The health and safety records of these kinds of programs have been continuously studied for over 20 years, each time reaffirming their impeccable records.

No, you cannot. Since the beginning of in-water marine mammal interactive programs in 1985, there have not been any disease transmission instances between humans and these animals reported at any facility.
