Mule Ride Tour from Nuevo Vallarta for those who prefer more fun exploring the Sierra Madre mountains, the unique flora, and the fauna.

Adventure tour to through the famous “Tiger Cave” where the expert guide will explain the story.

We continue course riding the wonderful natural setting that is located in the middle of the river, where you can take stunning pictures by following the path until you reach the incredible “El Salto,” where you have the opportunity to swim in the large pool that nature offers.

Then take a break for a moment before we begin our return.

This is the perfect ride to discover the unique suttle up to an adventure tour to the river banks of the Cuale River.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 100% refund with 48 hours notice or more before the day of the tour.
  • No refund applies in cancellation within less than 48 hours.
  • For unused service and/or if you lose service for not being at the indicated time of the pickup.
  • You can change the date for up to 12 months or reimburse in the certificate for the amount of your payment also valid for 12 months and is transferable to other people.

What would happen if the weather is not good?
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Canopy River Zipline Tour and Mule Ride cancellation policy: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the experience's start date.
Who do the transfers from the Hotel to the Departures Points?
It is done by Vallarta Transfers and Incentives, who work as a partnership together.
Who do the transfers from Departure Points to the Activity Location?
Canopy River itself performs it because they use special vehicles. As well, if you prefer private transportation, you can use your own vehicles (not sedan) or book with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives.
What happens if my child gets scared is there a guide that will do tandem? Or what happens if a child chooses not to finish?
Your assigned guide can do a tandem. Does it for adults that would like to hang upside down!! And if the child decides not to finish, the guides have shortcuts to the main station, but the child will probably need to do one more zipline to return fast.

For prescription glasses are allowed. For sunglasses, we don't recommend it to use during the ziplines.

Do you need to be able to swim for this activity?
No, you are on shallow water all the time; anyway, Canopy River provides you with a life vest for safety.
