Sky Dive Tandem Jump: Puerto Vallarta

It is a traditional free fall jumping technique, where the person who jumps for the first time jumps accompanied by their instructor.

In a tandem jump, you will be attached by a harness to a Professional Tandem Master, who is highly qualified to take you on this fantastic experience over the beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

To get ready, we meet you at Peninsula Mall, there you will take a class where you will learn the sequence of the jump, safety measures, and the process to follow during the jump.

Once we are ready, we will go to the airport and board the plane, take off and fly over the beautiful Puerto Vallarta until we reach 9500 to 11,500 feet; approximately 3000 m above sea level.

Once we reach 8500 feet we will begin to prepare for the jump. We will jump out of the plane at 10,000 feet approximately; free falling for 40 to 45 seconds at a speed of 200 km/h. During the winter season, we have higher flights up to 18,000 feet.

The instructor is in charge of opening the parachute, this opening is very soft and gradual and after the parachute is open you will enjoy 5 to 7 minutes of flying over the ocean admiring the beautiful Puerto Vallarta landscape, and landing comfortably at the beach.

The landings are very soft due to the equipment we use for our Tandem jumps, The most sophisticated parachutes.

Once you have done your first jump, you would probably like to go again and maybe even learn to jump by yourself.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your jump.• Bring an ID with you.
  • Present proof of physical deposit or transfer image.
  • Eat something light before the activity.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, a shirt without a collar and sports shoes.
  • If you would like to get any photo video packages, we recommend you bring a USB so we can put your originals on it, and you can take them with you.
  • If the jumper candidate weighs over 200 lbs. or 89 kg there is a fee on top between USD 20 to USD 47, with a maximum weight of 248 lbs.
  • Do not scuba dive 24 hours before the activity.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
• Ages 7-8 require parental permission.
• Additional charges may apply if the passenger exceeds 89 kilograms or 200 pounds.
• Space is subject to availability.
