This show lasts approximately 6.5 hours. The ship’s capacity is limited, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance and making sure to obtain your reservation number.
Infants under two years old do not pay. It is necessary to be at the Maritime Terminal one hour before departure and bring the printed coupon.
The deposit is not refundable. You can take photos and film all the activities during the shows, so don’t forget to bring your camera or video.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the reserved day, it will be refunded 100%.
If the cancellation is within 24 and 48 hours, only 50% of the total paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before boarding, there will be no refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the departure of the tour will only be 100% refundable due to illness, as long as it is supported by an official medical note.

Take customer temperature with an infrared thermometer before boarding.
Maximum capacity of 50% to maintain distances and minimize physical contact.
Acrylic assembly in all buffets, only the cook serves food to customers, to limit tampering.
Regularly clean the areas susceptible to being used frequently.
